The Role:

This role has the overall responsibility for the back-office sales support for our Gorey & UK Office Sales Team.  This is a wide varied role that takes in all aspects of supporting the external and internal sales team’s administratively to include but not confined to, sales support administration, sales team meeting co-ordination, sales team training co-ordination, market intelligence gathering.  Architect and customer co-ordination, administrative support to the Sales Director, Project Co-Ordination, CRM super user and Admin owner.  “First Contact” for all quotation and tender requests received from Customers.  One champion on all projects for the Sales Team.  Sales Floor administration and management, Architect and CPD coordinator and all aspects that are required to support the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

For this Specification Sales Administrator, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Manage all incoming sales enquiries into the Head Office (by phone, e-mail, website enquiries etc) daily.
  • Ensure all quotations and tenders that are received into the company are sent out to the customer in the agreed timeframe and are accurate in our reply.
  • Ensure quotes are not inputted onto the CRM system until all vital information is provided i.e. Contractor details, Architects details, source of specification, etc.
  • Review project status and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Assist in the monitoring of sales performance indicators.
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • Keep record of sales trends.
  • Attend all sales meetings and take minutes. Ensure that these minutes are circulated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on source lead information such as CIS. Circulate this information to the sales team as appropriate ensuring that all products are specified where appropriate.
  • Maintain a working list of active contractors, architects etc and work with the sales team to actively target inactive targets as required.
  • Work with key account managers to maintain a rolling list of active sites that are planned and current for our target key accounts.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Needs to be an organised person who can multi task
  • Must have meticulous eye to detail
  • Have excellent oral & written skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Needs to be proficient with all Microsoft Packages
  • Able to work under own initiative as well as being part of a team
  • High level of flexibility and dependability
  • Experience of a CRM system is an advantage but not essential

The Role:

Due to our continuing expansion, we now wish to recruit a committed individual to our vibrant team.  The successful candidate will be based in Gorey, Co. Wexford and will work with the Sales, Design & Installation teams to support our customers in Ireland & UK.  The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

For this Specification Technical Sales Advisor, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Management of existing customer base
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead generation, lead follow up, outbound cold calls, client visits and emails
  • Develop relationships with sales projects with Builders & Architects in the target construction segments
  • Work with Architects & Engineers to discuss waterproofing systems
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Create quotes and commercial proposals on key projects
  • Representing the company with excellent customer service
  • Works with R&D to monitor ongoing market requirements and support competitor analysis
  • Liaise with Project Management on open Projects

Candidate Requirements:

  • Technical waterproofing background in the construction / engineering / energy efficiency industry is essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
  • Project Management and organisation skills
  • Strong people skills at all levels (customers, staff & management)
  • Self-motivated, structured, articulated with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, etc
  • CWSS is an advantage but not essential
