Stage 1 - Waterproofing now complete to the base of a lift pit and a great example of a valued engineered robust waterproofing system in action.
On this project, we’ve installed the reliable and durable Juta Titanbond and WP Sam membranes up to ground level, forming a double bonded membrane to the base of the lift core. This will achieve Grade 2 waterproofing in line with best practice standards.
This installation works in conjunction with the RASCOTech system, which will deliver the required Grade 3 waterproofing and gas protection as the build progresses.
Quality detailing at this stage is critical because waterproofing success always starts below ground.
