Mater Hospital Dublin - John Sisk & Son

Full custom design and install package for a 15,250 sqm basement consisting of Grade 2 & Grade 3 areas. We were able to design a system that eliminated movement joints and provided program savings and reinforcement savings.

National Children’s Hospital Dublin – BAM

Full custom design and install package for a 21,000 sqm double-story basement consisting of Grade 2 & Grade 3 areas.  Our design and continuous pour methodology achieved program savings for our client as well as our design providing reinforcement savings.

Boland’s Quay – BAM

Full custom design and install package for a 10,500 sqm 3 story basement consisting of Grade 2 & Grade 3 areas. Our design and continuous pour methodology achieved program savings for our client as well as our design providing reinforcement savings.

Coopers Cross - John Sisk & Son

Full custom design and install package for a 17,500 sqm basement consisting of Grade 2 & Grade 3 areas. We are currently pouring basement slabs and walls which has contributed to program and cost savings with our unique method. Concrete pours are in excess of 700 m3 per day.

Clay Farm East Village – Walls Construction

Full custom design and install package for 11,500 sqm basement consisting of Grade 2 & Grade 3 areas. Our design and continuous pour methodology is helping our client achieve and surpass their programme constraints. RASCOR are offering the full package on this project.

2-3 North- Twinlite Ltd

Full custom design and install package for a 18,000 sqm basement consisting of Grade 2 & Grade 3 areas. We provided a value engineered solution and were able to design a system that eliminated movement joints and provided programme savings. We reduced the programme on this project as regularly the client achieved their target of over a 1000 m3 per day. RASCOR completed the Podium on this contract thus offering our client a full turnkey solution for this contract.

The Grange – John Paul Construction

Full custom design and install package for a 8,500 sqm basement consisting of Grade 2 & Grade 3 areas. RASCOR value engineered this project to provide programme and cost savings with our RASCOtank system. RASCOR are also completing ancillary services t the Podium deck and window protection.

Dublin Simon Community – Duggan Brothers

Full custom design and install package for a 4,500 sqm single storey basement consisting of Grade 2 & Grade 3 areas. This unique job has many bespoke details which RASCOR value engineered the correct solutions for this project. Our design and continuous pour methodology will achieve programme savings for our client as well as our design providing reinforcement savings.
