Telehouse West Two Data Centre development in London Docklands, a major expansion project within one of Europe’s most connected data centre campuses, working closely with Oliver Connell & Son LTD,
Telehouse International Corporation of Europe, recently broke ground on the new
Telehouse West Two facility as part of a £275 million investment into its London Docklands campus. Scheduled for completion in 2028, the new purpose-built data centre will support the rapid growth of emerging technologies including AI and high-density compute environments.
Strategically positioned near London’s financial district, the facility will incorporate both air and liquid cooling technologies, dedicated secure connectivity risers, and advanced meet-me room infrastructure – reinforcing Telehouse’s position at the forefront of digital infrastructure development.
Waterproofing Installation Scope
As part of this critical infrastructure project, our systems were installed across penetration detailing works using:
- WpSam waterproofing system
- TitanBond sealing system
- Full penetration waterproofing and detailing throughout designated service penetrations
These systems were selected to provide robust, long-term waterproofing performance in an environment where durability and reliability are essential.
